The BSPA have today confirmed the line-ups for this years Premier League Pairs Finals to be staged at Somerset on Friday, 31st May (the evening before the British GP at Cardiff’s Millennium Stadium).
Based on the combined averages of each teams top 3 averaged riders – using May’s figures – the top 10 Premier League teams have now been confirmed, inclusive of Glasgow, with 3 clubs not being represented. Each club will nominate 2 of their top three averaging riders to represent them in the event won by Joe Screen & James Grieves in 2011.
The confirmed teams, in their group draws are:
Group A: Somerset, Glasgow, Ipswich, Scunthorpe, Berwick
Group B: Edinburgh, Workington, Plymouth, Sheffield, Leicester
Rye House, Redcar and Newcastle will not be represented in this years tournament.
