Returns Policy

Hassle-free Returns

We want you to be a happy Tiger and offer a no-hassle returns policy for online purchases.  This provides a full refund, providing the item is returned to us within seven days of the original purchase.

All we ask is that you contact us at 0800 916 0087 or email info@glasgowtigers.org to let us know that you wish to return the item.  Returns can be made at Ashfield Stadium on match days or at Mobility Solutions, 75 Hawthorn Street, Glasgow, G22 6HY.  Click for Mobility Solutions opening times. Alternatively, we can provide you with our return address. Returned product(s) should arrive complete, undamaged, unused and with their original packaging.

Glasgow Tigers Speedway reserves the right to refuse any products not returned in their original, unused condition, including packaging.

Your statutory rights are not affected.

Made-To-Order Items

Some of the products within our online are custom-made at the time of an order being placed. If an order is a custom made to order it is the responsibility of the purchaser to ensure that the product will meet their requirements. These items cannot merit a refund due to being a custom order.
