Glasgow Speedway are thrilled and looking forward to being represented at the Braehead Arena – home of the Clan ice hockey team – tomorrow evening for the Clan’s clash with Dundee.
The event is illustrative of the desire for both clubs to work together given that there is already a healthy overlap in supporters.
Scotland’s No.1 James Grieves will be in attendance as will rising star Ryan McDonald, along with a group who will distribute fliers ahead of the new speedway season. Hockey fans will also be able to see a speedway bike and some action footage from Ashfield.
We wish to thank the management of the Clan for their assistance with this initiative and look forward to hosting them at Ashfield in the weeks to come.
