Glasgow skipper Aaron Summers has signed a deal to double-up with Swindon in the Elite League for the rest of the season.
The 27-year-old Australian is lining up alongside the likes of Darcy Ward and fellow Tiger Nick Morris in the Robins’ charge for the play-offs.
Summers made his debut for Swindon at Belle Vue last night, scoring five points from four rides – including an impressive win in his second heat.
That makes it four of the Tigers’ seven riders who are racing in the top flight as well as the Premier League this season – James Sarjeant and Richard Lawson also competing at two levels.
