All Tigers fans will be excited to learn that they will again get the chance to enjoy seeing a true club legend take to the shale this Sunday.
We are delighted to confirm that league and cup winning Tiger – and still the only Glasgow rider to have won the league riders championship – the ever popular Robert Nagy, will be in town this weekend.
Robert is travelling to Glasgow with son Patrik who will compete in Sunday’s Red Revolution Open. First chance to meet them will be at Saturday night’s GP night in the club bar, before Robert will host a ‘meet the fans’ session in the club bar between 1pm-2pm on Sunday (turnstile will open at 1pm).
The ever amiable Robert has also agreed to take to the track for a demonstration ride at some point during Sunday’s meeting – giving older Tigers fans a trip down memory lane, and younger fans a one off chance to be able to say that they have seen the great man on a bike.
The revised, and most up to date, line-up of confirmed riders is:
Kevin Doolan (Leicester)
Richard Lawson (Workington)
Rusty Harrison (Workington)
Josh Grajczonek (Somerset)
