Glasgow are awaiting news on their No 1 Nick Morris after he was withdrawn from his meeting for Swindon tonight.
The 21-year-old Australian crashed in heat seven of the Robins’ match at Wolverhampton, after spinning on the first bend of the opening lap.
That put him out the meeting with a recurrence of the elbow injury that already forced him onto the sidelines for two weeks earlier this month.
The rider himself has tonight suggested he could now be facing a month out after this latest setback.
The club will provide an update on Morris’s fitness – and the outlook for Sunday’s Premier League Fours at Peterborough – as soon as possible.
