A HECTIC schedule awaits Glasgow Tigers as they compete on two separate fronts for silverware over the next fortnight.
Clubs have until October 31 to complete their meetings under speedway rules.
This Wednesday sees the Tigers travel south to Sheffield for the first leg of the Premier League play-off semi-final. The clubs are then due to meet again in the second leg 24 hours later at the Peugeot Ashfield Stadium at 7.30pm.
On Friday Glasgow are at Edinburgh for their Premier League tie at Armadale, which has fallen victim to rain on a few occasions. It could be a strange line-up from the Monarchs’ camp with No. 1 Sam Masters in Australia to take part in Saturday’s Grand Prix, Ryan Fisher now retired and Dan Bewley still out through injury.
Then next Sunday it’s the KO Cup final first leg, when Newcastle host the Tigers. The second leg will be held next Monday night in Glasgow with a 7.30pm start.
And should the Tigers make it past Sheffield and into the Premier League play-offs grand final, Glasgow and Somerset are scheduled to meet at the Peugeot Ashfield Stadium on Wednesday, October 26 – with the return at the Oaktree Arena the following night.
All fixtures are subject to change and adverse weather – keep checking the official website and social media for the latest.
