After a tough week, and two defeats on the road at Newcastle and Edinburgh, the Western Commercial Tigers will regroup this afternoon to face the challenge from defending Premier League champs Scunthorpe Scorpions – yet another team with a points packed line up.
The full line-ups today are:
Glasgow: Joe Screen (C), Henning Bager, James Wright, Joey Ringwood, James Grieves, Harley Horwood, Joe Jacobs
Scunthorpe: Josh Auty, Thomas Jorgensen, Michael Palm Toft, Ashley Birks, David Howe (C), Ryan Douglas, Lewis Blackbird
Between both sides there are no less than 3 British Finalists who will be in action at Wolverhampton tomorrow night.
This will be the visitors first away meeting in their title defence and they will be ultra keen to take some points back to North Lincolnshire with them.
Tigers fans will also have some further interest this afternoon in the form of being able to welcome back to Ashfield popular former visiting rider Adrian Rymel …Henning Bager will announce the date of his Testimonial Meeting to be staged at Ashfield later this year ..and straight after heat 15, there will be a battle of the generations as “young Joe” takes on “old James” in a cycle wheelie competition along the home straight!
