Dear fellow Tigers fan,Last week was clearly a pretty tense one offtrack for the club as we had to go to appeal over being able to bring Harley to Glasgow.With the help of many distinguished and respected speedway people (Shane Parker, Mark Lemon, Mick Holder, Jason Doyle etc.), we have, this week, similarly appealed on behalf of Joey and currently await the outcome of that process.We will bring you news via the club website as soon as we have it.Track Shaping UpOne big success last week was the virtual completion of the heavy duty part of our planned track improvement work under the expert eye of guru Doc Bridgett.With some heavy plant at his disposal, Doc smoothed off the circuit (and some stadium entry points) as well as successfully reshaping the entry to each of the bends.With this, more significant, work completed so early, we can now concentrate on helping the surface bed down in the lead up to the new season.Season ticketsWe continue to sell more and more season tickets and would urge that anyone still interested should visit the club website for details.STARsJust over 2 weeks now until the final supporter social event of the winter (Saturday, 9th February at the Glasgow Marriot Hotel).A reminder too that the impressive guest panel will consist of 7 times British Champion Scott Nicholls and Poole boss Neil Middleditch.
