TEAM boss Cami Brown wants his team to “pull out all the stops” to secure a top four place.
The Allied Vehicles Tigers face a crunch clash with Redcar in the Cab Direct Championship at Ashfield tonight.
Brown’s depleted side have three huge home meetings left to secure their place in the play-offs as they bid for the league title.
He said: “We are obviously still on a bit of a high after the late comeback at Edinburgh to pick up two points. It will be nice to carry that feelgood factor at Ashfield.
“We have to pull out all the stops against our nearest play-off challengers Redcar. It’s now our biggest meeting of the season. If we can get that win, we are almost in the top four and play-offs.
“If we win our remaining home meetings, we will be in the top four, we know that. But that won’t be easy against Redcar, Poole and Scunthorpe. They are all very good sides.
“Redcar are a very good side with strength from one to seven and all of them seem to like it at Ashfield.”
The Tigers will use the same two hero guests from Edinburgh last week – Nick Morris and Reid Battye – to cover for Kyle Howarth and Mario Hausl.
Brown added: “It’s not ideal in any way at all but we’ll have to battle on with the use of guests in the best possible way.
“To be fair it was a no-brainer to bring back Nick and Reid as guests. I’m sure all the fans will give them a wonderful reception after their performances at Armadale.”
