GLASGOW boss Cami Brown admitted he was “over the moon” with a second win at Edinburgh in 21 days.
The Allied Vehicles Tigers snatched a last heat 5-1 to take the 46-44 victory in the BSN Series at Armadale on Friday night.
Dan Thompson delivered a paid 15 maximum and partnered Kyle Howarth to the all-important last race success.
Brown said: “I’m obviously over the moon. To win here is special but to do it twice in three weeks is an extra nice start to the season.
“Dan has been sensational so far since signing for us. To come here and get a maximum is outstanding.
“But I was equally delighted with the performances from Leon Flint and Ashton Boughen. They did a great job and the engine room of our side was so solid.
“It was tight all the way through but I was confident our boys would step it up in heats 13 and 15.
“But Leon also produced two brilliant battling wins on the line during the night and that was the difference in the end.
“Kyle Howarth was also consistent all night and showed his class in the last heat when it came to the crunch.
“I’m so happy for our army of fans on the third bend. They love winning at Armadale more than anywhere.
“We have now won at Berwick and Edinburgh in a week. That puts us in such a strong position in the BSN Series group. A great night all round.”
