TEAM boss Cami Brown admits it’s the biggest meeting of the season against rivals Edinburgh.
The Allied Vehicles Tigers face the Monarchs in the Cab Direct Championship at Ashfield tonight, 7.30pm.
If the Tigers don’t take the victory it will almost certainly end any play-off hopes and defending the league title.
Brown said: “We need to win almost all our remaining meetings to stand a chance of reaching the top four and the play-offs. This is now our biggest meeting of the season.
“It was a real sickener that the referee cost us a win at Plymouth on Saturday. That has really put extra pressure on us now for our remaining fixtures.
“The good news is that we have almost a full team again after so many injuries and meeting clashes.
“Anders Rowe is now with the club for 28-days to cover for Steve Worrall. He has been really impressive so far for us and we need that to continue.
“It feels like an awful long time since we raced Poole at Ashfield, we need a really good win to push us forward for the rest of the month.
“Every single rider will need to find something extra now. Edinburgh are a tough side and know Ashfield well, we have our work cutout.”
