News from the track this morning is that it is all systems go for this afternoon’s final Premier League meeting of the season, with all riders now en route to Ashfield.
The track itself has coped superbly with the overnight rain and Danny is already on site to further prepare the circuit as normal.
The club has consulted, in person, with a meteorologist this morning who has provided a localised forecast for the G22 postcode area which suggests that the rain is liable to stop early afternoon and create a dry, although windy, window in the weather until late afternoon.
This season only one home fixture has fallen to the weather having started, please be encouraged that today’s meeting will go ahead – bring your jacket!
