It is fast approaching that time of the season again, with five dark, cold speedwayless months looming before we see the Tigers in action again
But everyone involved in the club’s pending revitalisation is already excited at the prospect!
On Sunday (tapes up 4pm) the club will say goodbye to 2012 with a visit from Premier League Fours champions Berwick Bandits, one of the few clubs who have probably had an even worse-season, injury-wise, than the Tigers.
But who are hopeful of a result good enough to ease them into the final of the Premier Challenge Trophy.
With Sunday’s fixture being their final one of the 2012 season, it will provide the remaining Glasgow riders with a chance to say goodbye to supporters for another year, and for all concerned to sincerely thank the outgoing promotional team for all their efforts.
Looking ahead, remember we will be of keeping in touch with you during the winter months to share news of signings, supporters’ events and everything significant as the club heads towards a brand new era.
We want you to follow us on this journey.
Please spread the word amongst family, friends and workmates that we have lots of excitement, amazing news and hard work to look forward to between now and tapes-up on 2013!
You can help: forward this newsletter to as many people as you feel would be interested in all things Glasgow Speedway (and do not hesitate to drop us a line to request their addresses being added to our distribution list) as well as sharing your ideas and suggestions for the future.
