Another tough night for the Western Commercial Tigers at Berwick this evening losing our opening League Cup tie 57-36 (see here for scorers).
Unfortunately a heavy fall for Harley Horwood, whose back took the impact, has left our Aussie in some pain and discomfort sufficient to be ruled out of tomorrow’s Ashfield opener against the Bandits’.
Tigers have secured the services of Rye House rider Jason Garrity who will guest, at reserve, for Harley.
We wish Harley a quick recovery, and wish to thank Jason for accepting the booking to race for Glasgow tomorrow.
