BROWN: “NO EASY MEETINGS”

TEAM boss Cami Brown believes there are “no easy meetings” in the 2026 campaign.

The Allied Vehicles Tigers will kick off their team season with a trip to Edinburgh on April 10 with the first home fixture a week later against Berwick on April 17, both in the BSN Series.

Other eagerly-awaited clashes are the first Scottish derby with the Monarchs at Ashfield on Sunday, May 3 and Tigers taking on Poole in the Cab Direct Championship on June 26.

Brown said: “There are no easy meetings, simple as that. I think we are in for some really intense battles again this season.

“It’s always a great feeling when the fixtures are released, you know the new season is approaching fast.

“I know the fans always look straight for the Edinburgh Scottish derbies. We have to wait a bit of extra time for the first one at Ashfield.

“The boys have to hit the ground running because crucial BSN Series and MAXiCab KO Cup ties are in the first month. Plymouth are our cup opponents and they look very solid.

“I’m looking forward to seeing our new team on track. They are going to be highly-entertaining, that’s for sure.”

The season begins at Ashfield with the Ben Fund Bonanza in just 46 days on March 28. The other massive event is the SGP Qualifier on May 30.
