CAMI Brown says Glasgow are already turning their sights to the Scottish derby double after missing out on a point away to Leicester.
The Tigers kept things tight for the first nine races as they stayed within four of the Lions, led by former Glasgow chief Stewart Dickson.
But several heat advantages put Leicester 14 ahead to ensure Brown’s men came up the road empty-handed.
The Tigers team manager said: “The track was difficult for the guys tonight, we had a couple of unfortunate fallers in good positions and we also had two re-runs when we were leading, one of which was a bizarre decision.
“I think we rode better than it shows but we’re not going to make excuses, we didn’t get a point and generally you get what you deserve.
“It’s difficult to get something on the road in this league. I’m just glad we got out without any injuries. It’s a long season with lots of matches to come.
“We had a chat with the lads after and we’re already looking forward to Friday night at Armadale, where we will give it everything we’ve got.”
The defeat comes off the back of two convincing home wins to start the season, and means Glasgow are on nine points from three SGB Championship fixtures.
Brown added: “Friday night against Berwick was very important, it was a very good win.
“Armadale is a better prepared track than we had tonight and we look forward to Friday, where we will hopefully get a result and take it into the home match on the Sunday.”
