Glasgow Tigers Speedway is committed to being accessible to all our fans. As such we’re proud to announce we’ll be taking part in this year’s nationwide Disabled Access Day on Saturday, 12th March.
Disabled Access Day aims to open up activities and special offers to disabled people across the UK. Glasgow Tigers will be hosting a mini speedway expo with free entry for disabled spectators and their carers.
Spectators will get to see two of our professional Tigers riders in practice around our track in preparation for the coming season, showcasing the high speed thrills for which speedway is known. There will also be the chance to meet the riders and team manager, who’ll also provide an introduction to speedway for those new to the sport. Perfect to get you clued up before the start of the 2016 season!
